In the main, we will be able to offer you a selection of one bedroom and studio apartments, some purpose built, others in converted houses. |

Between £500 and £700 per month
Most apartments within this range will have two bedrooms, the price quoted is dependent very much on location and space. Some smaller houses may also be on offer. |

|
|
Between £700 and £1,000 per month
Some very impressive homes are available at this level, both apartments and houses. The quality will be very high and locations excellent. |

|
|
|
Over £1,000 per month
A varied selection of mainly houses could be available although their availability is limited. Some quite exquisite apartments command this level of rental. |

Furnished or unfurnished?
Whilst the supply of furnished property is never great, please remember that our unfurnished homes all have a full complement of kitchen equipment including a washing machine.

References
You will be asked to provide suitable referees and in most circumstances a credit reference agency will be approached. All property reservations are subject to satisfactory references and the right to refuse any application is reserved.

Tenancy
All property is let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a minimum of six months. Longer period tenancies are often available subject to the agreement of the Landlord.
